I didn't doubt anything and I realize that I was really careless cause I was in forkheads network!

As for "white knighting". For whom was I white knighting for? I think that phrase doesn't mean what you think it means. That said, I did it for 2 reasons:

1. The legal status of it is nebulous at best, and someone had recently been arrested for possession of loli in the U.S. Our servers were in Dallas, TX at the time, thus leaving the site at the mercy of the U.S. judicial system. None of you now in charge have any idea of the debate we had in the mod section of FH about this, precedence and such we had to show to make a decision.

It was not, as I imagine y'all to believe, me just typing up a new rule. It was a debate that lasted a week or so, before anything was set in stone. I just happened to champion one side of it. I believe Allor was the major person on the other side, as he was often the devil's advocate.

As for "sudden thread deletions", you act as if there was another way to go about it. We announced the new rule, and how we would handle it. Then we went about enforcing the new rule. When people kept up starting threads specifically to post loli(Dustin), what else were we going to do? Of course we deleted the thread, we're not going through 30 individual post deletions every hour.
