So... I decided to try it out and just heat up some 60% chocolate chips in some milk and stir it around because that's what I've got on hand.
The results: Meh? But, I think the way I did it is not really how it's supposed to be done, because it doesn't smoothly mix the chocolate into the drink anyway.
I saw a hot chocolate product made of real chocolate bits, not the powder. I can't remember the name of the brand though and it was kinda 5 or more years.
It tastes like, really 'hot' chocolate, like melted in the car of the summer. But rather tasty for me.
Or if you get a chance, try a cup of it in Spain. Those Espanolas make real one(of course not that 'colacao') and serving it with churros.
If you can make it to the cafe in time-in breakfast, I'm pretty sure you can try it.
