Re: rai is home (for a minute)
Wait... you used powdered milk as a replacement for butter? And for shortening? Where did you learn about cooking/foods?
The clear replacements, which should be available in China, would be Lard (pig fat) or some other kind of animal fat or high saturated fat oil (olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, etc). Cocoa Butter would work very well too. Instead you replaced fats (primarily saturated and mono-unsaturated) with a dried protein/carb/slight fat mix?

Re: rai is home (for a minute)
Cooking is a mystical art. I don't know how to do it and that's why I eat taco boo. That was a lie. I like booritos.

Re: rai is home (for a minute)
I cook things. I like learning how to cook things from various sources.
If something will take too long or have too many steps, I'll typically not bother, but it's amazing how many things that seem complicated are pretty simple when you know what to do.
It's also sometimes amazing how many common, low brow foods are sometimes really time consuming and complicated to make for that matter...

Instead you replaced fats (primarily saturated and mono-unsaturated) with a dried protein/carb/slight fat mix? it needed to be a solid, I combined milk powder with cooking oil then hot water, microwaved it then added more milk powder and stirred, it became an oily jelly like substance in no time flat.
