Not going to say it was terrible, but it wasn't particularly great either.
Then again, I was mostly winging it on the cooking and seasoning. I didn't go for the typical "liver and onions" setup either, as I hate onions. Might have been better if I wasn't eating just liver for the meal too I guess.
Anyway, meh?

If it's fresh, we steam it. If it's beyond fresh, we eat it raw, like a rare steak, but already cut into pieces. Pretty bloody taste and smell because of no seasoning, but rather nice side dish for liquor or spirit. only salt and bit of pepper and sesame oil for 'sauce',
