Re: Foods that Gives an Youthful Appearance?
"processed meats" does not mean cooked meats. they are completely different terms.
Processed meats, means meats thrown into a blender and blended. however in actual processed meats they don't just blend the meat(that would actually be healthy, so though ground beef is a processed meat it is actually healthy because they don't include anything else, where as ground hamburger contains other bad stuff;
), they more often than not add things to it, like flour, sugar, salt and vegetable oils (transfats), maybe even some preservatives. Nice gender hormone mimicing BPA and BPS. dehydrated plant bits. and 2% rat feces and rat fur.. but thats in everything. processed meats includes British Corned Beef, Salami, Spam, Pepperoni, Blood Sausages, Chicken Mcnuggets, All fast food burgers, all Hamburgers and hotdogs, all sausages, Haggis, black pudding, melton mowbury pork pies, and some beef jerky, processed sauces containing meat like; meaty pasta sauce, carbonara.
eating meat especially the fat just below the skin has collagen which is really good for your skin. Marine Collagen from seaweed isn't as good. it can't really be absorbed by the human body unless it's converted which means you digest it as energy and hope your body makes it into collagen. but thats just a wish not a guarantee.
fried foods are unhealthy because they have the potential to clog arteries or other viens, but only due to excessive oil content. Air Fryers can solve this. especially if you bake it on low heat on a rack afterwards and let the natural oils completely drip out.
Too many antioxidants are a bad thing, it's easy to overdose. they'll kill bloodcells and block iron intake leaving you with poor blood oxygen and a struggling heart and damaged brain, lungs and internal organs etc.
there are different kinds of antioxidants as well, some repair nerves, but again, small amounts are needed.
in example 1 cup measure of not from concentrate grape juice is enough antioxidants to clean out dead blood and clots from your larger than average adult. it's really strong.
Caffeine, is a drug. small doses can be beneficial to your heart, organs, brain, metabolism, regeneration rate, stamina etc. Tea has caffeine in the right concentration, but the antioxidants could actually be too much. Dark Chocolate is actually the best balance of the correct levels of caffeine and antioxidants you can find, just don't sit there and eat a whole bar. maybe 2 pieces a day is enough.
Caffeine is also good for hair.
White rice is ok so long as it's naturally white. if it's bleached brown rice it's unhealthy because well.. bleach is not good for eating. it is used to make white flour as well and does far worse than dehydrate it contains poison in small concentrations..
Sugar, sugars are actually a healthy part of a good diet. in small amounts. typically you do not have to try to get enough sugars, fruits, grains and vegetables contain enough sugars and it's better to get them from natural sources.
Artificial Sweeteners however are MUCH WORSE than sugar for you.
each artificial sweetenner such as asparteme, sucralose, and a variety of others are actually poisons. they have been used in large doses by spies for over 100 years to assassinate political rivals. the best part, they are slow acting, they kill organs like the heart, brain, liver or kidneys, or cause cancer. they have no nutritional or medicinal benefit. and once they do their damage and you die they evaporate from the body into the air. "died of natural causes"
the reason they include them in nearly everything today is because to The Party, the unwashed citizens are the political enemy. they want to assassinate you! or at least shorten your lifespan.
You can recover from these but only if you stop intake and do a really careful clean of your kidneys, liver, appendix, brain, heart, blood, and their ribosomes.
