Make naan.
It's super simple, and you can skip steps 3 and shorten 4

Take yogurt, take flour, throw in a bowl together mix really well to create dough.
Knead your dough for 3 minutes. (which is basically giving it a massage)

toss some of your flat dough into a pan where you have put a small amount of oil or medium-large amount of cooking spray. I use a layer of pam.
it will bubble up or "rise" , you want about half of the surface to turn any amount of brown. it won't take very long. 4 minutes each side
put on plate
(optional)Spread cream cheese on naan with butterknife
(optional)sprinkle on a small amount garlic
(optional)sprinkle on a small amount of basil
(optional)go surprise people who know you can't cook with well cooked naan.
