So, this is going to be a recipe dump thread. as I learn more recipes at this restaurant I'm working at, I'll dump them here. the first complete recipe I have memorized is: Mac'n Cheese Balls cook elbow macaroni any size. Mix with any cold cheese sauce to barely lubricate add grated smoked cheddar to help make it stick together. Roll into balls, Squeeze tight to make sure they wont come unballed. Crack eggs into bowl, Whisk eggs Roll mac'n cheese ball into egg mix Get a pan of Panko Bread Crumbs, roll the cheese balls into the panko. place in freezer. wait an hour, or until frozen. Deep fry till golden brown. Serve "Meatball butter" take Red Pesto, mix with softenned butter. done. spread on things or use to cook this flavour into something of your choice. |
