I met a number of people who didn't comply, as in defy/disrupt, with certain (probably mandatory) job guidelines.

You know what that means? Job qualification is getting disqualified.

Like, thinking you the boss of the site, when you not. You will not be eligible.
Another bigger problem, is when people talking trash about things, and your (potential) employer(s) happened to be the subject not taking lightly of the situation. Things like racial/ethnic things or anything that cannot be adjusted, will be a problem. Especially if you are trying to apply to certain communication agencies, you have to think about the matter of marketing and public relations. You must know how to communicate, maybe, almost 24/7! Potential employers have responsibilities, to look out for the site, and make sure operation must run smoothly.

It hard out there, yeah.

.

I heard some stories out there. A lady tried applying to a communication agency, she decided to proclaim that a certain s nationality is grounds for qualification (not sure if there was any true associated ethnicity). The workplace is looking for someone willing to work and help out for a certain j island country. Are you going to help? No, no way, no way jose. To top it off, she start bringing her friends to try force her way though. Security need to improvise shot up through the roof! To this day, that bitch and her friends are boosting bullshit, like they got a protest of shit. I wonder if they take in to the court, not! ABDICATION/DEPOSITION IS POSSIBLE TOO SO DON'T THINK YOU CAN GET AWAY!

I heard about someone, who thought being friends with some trash talkers against certain establishments, was a great idea. Maybe it was sympathy. Maybe, it was bias, not fairness nor justice. Regardless, the establishments happened to be very, very powerful and influential in terms of getting hired! They watch you, maybe from a distance, they watch you like you a rabid dog, ready to get loose. Like face/fagbook, the reputation of friends is like a skewed police record of the olde O.J. Simpson case. You have to watch out if your connections will either help you, or hamper you. Sometimes, the taint can have long lasting effects, especially if you happened to be under the influence to do something! However, reputation of friends sticking to you can be a real bitch! It's like politics sometimes, only that it's not TV baloney.

or we could all reject the system that rejects our free speech rights and watch employers have noone to do thier work for them, and go start our own trash talking collective to employ everyone. But the best solutions that rely on everyone getting involved never get carried out. Status quo too strong.

If your on the job, sure I don't neccesarily agree with it, but it's reasonable to assume the employer owns you while you work, and you muist fit into the company culture or else
But 24/7? I vehemonty reject a capitalism so overgrown as to dip into my personal life after work for it's hiring and unhiring decisions. Assuming you won't fall into homelessness, say good riddance to that employment and move on somewhere better.

I'm just saying that the man (of industrialism, not monopolization/capitalism) could be everywhere. Hell, I even met my employers before getting hired, or even interviewed! And it's not one person as employer. WELCOME, TO, THE REPUBLIC!

When the moment finally comes, they go like, *spins office chair to face me* "Ah, Mister RV-007, we have been expecting you! Long time no see! How's it been? Don't think you can run, or hide! We are the man; here, there, everywhere! HAHAHA!".

I mean this is just personal opinion, but as I said, good riddance to that type of employment.
