Just to not let just Nazi Germany to bask in the Central Powers or Axis spotlight, a sun rises in the far east, that sun is Imperial Japan.

I was just kidding, I don't have any imperial Japanese weapons, allies, and even maps. I do have some funny material for the monsters/allies at the least. We got Shadow Warrior for funny quotes, but for authenticity, I would use audio recording from a training from in the WW2 era. Great emulation of soundbites for the actor.

I haven't forgotten about the Vietcong allies, but it's going to be a while because real life right now could be fucking real. Plus, the works are based off on real historical events so the cause and effects could be, very real, yeah. There is no intention for such acts with the mods, but I guess blind and/or deaf insensitivty could be history to repeat itself.

Whoops again! Looks like I tried to fix something that's not broken! I was looking into the Bizon weapon, maybe to try using its code to fix the Toz-34. Now that I fixed it by myself, I just need to reset the Bizon's original script.

I was playing the megaman mod, but with coop mania. I like some of the weapons. Too bad you really can't win these shitty levels, thus the 99 lives option.

It's about a combo mod post! Not map post yet.

Do you evar feel Hitleristic? Like, naziferic, militaristic? Don't care about discipline? Or just looking for (Germany as) Europe's central/finest, all round, and/or to-go basics/standard? Well, here's the mod for you!

Yes, weapons, nazi-like weapons, or technically, Germanic weapons. Oh, to be politcally correct, that's neo-nazis, no, that's future nazi/neo-nazis/germanic weapons, particularly da guns! Now you can feel like that very Reichswehr/Sturmabteilung/Wehrmacht/Schutzstaffel (includes Gestapo and Sicherheitsdienst [SD]) units in some imaginary way!

What I like about this weapon mod is that while it takes root of some historical accurancy, it focuses on the modding aspects, providing a bit of creativity in the mix. The weapons gravitates to realistic weapons, not much sci-fi weapons, just modern like weapons with a bit of sci-fi. I really like the fact that I don't have to reload the weapons (kind of like mines!). Have zoom mode at times. I don't like the fact that the firepower might be a bit slow and weaker, with a considerable lack of ammunition. At least the weapons cater to Germanic themed, if not Nazi themed, recession/depression realism. Other than that, there are a variety of weapons to choose from, some are different levels/variants of a weapon type. All weapons types usually follow the weapon order selection so hopefully, it's not much of a pain. I really like that grenade, which is handy (and seems to be a strength!) in the mod. That default semi-auto pistol (no auto fire mode), semi-auto/bolt-action/pump-actio shotgun, single-action flare pistol (like this one, even though it's probably the weakest ranged weapon), single-action grenade launcher, fancy seeker missile laucher, is pretty good. The BFG is a single rocket of a BFG Ball, which is okay. I really like that fancy Karabiner bolt-action rifle getup. It got good strong (but like probability, not always fatal so take caution) non-explosive bullet and zoom mode. Reloading takes a while, but it's cool. The Gewehr bolt-action rifle is like the Kar, but it is a bit weaker. One shot kills are still possible. It can repeat fire, which is still good for sustained fire mode situations. Mod allows fire without reloading. Despite Kar's power, I would choose the Gewehr for various situations. Yeah, would actually like and prefer the Gewehr (like doom chaingun )over Kar (like doom shotgun). The anti-tank rifle is a explosive bullet weapon, it is arguably better that than BFG due to the velocity of delivery and damage. I like this one, too bad I could get accidental self-injury from explosion, lol. That other weapons either eats up too much ammo or are for situational use.

Kriegsland weapons pack is technically the Germanic variant of Russian Overkill, but Russian Overkill is usually more sci-fi what modern weapon themes. I would compare, but since I cannot vouch for WW1/WW2 based accurancies and settings, I think these two mods are too different to be used as a respectable wargame setting.

Kriegsland weapons pack is more actually like the Germanic variant of Russian Arsenal REVISED, which is a bit more modern with WW1/WW2 based historical (not aiming with reticle) accurancies and settings, I think these two mods are similar enough to be used as a respectable wargame setting.

Russian Arsenal REVISED is the original mod (rusarsr_rv-007_editv00 as weapons only edition, rusarsr/rusarsR as monsters and weapons edition).

Marxist/Bolshevik/partisan/Redy Army/KBG/FSB units in some imaginary way!

This weapon mod is good, sports plenty of variety when the situation calls for it. Like that over and under shotgun. Something about the balance, accuracy, kickback, and things like that. Mod-wise, the submachine replacing the chaingun is arguably more accurate in auto fire mode and weaker in power than the AK74 rplacing the plasmarifle. Contains a large ammunition count in magazine, reloads faster despite a whopping count of 64 cartridges. Did I mention that the helical magazine is probably better feed on top back of the gun (the chaingun replacement)? I suppose it would help suppress vertical (horizontal is different story) kickback, therefore helps accuracy of followup shots. Helical magazines feed near barrels will definitely weigh down the kickback directly. However, as the magazine is depelted to zero, kickback could increase gradually. Determining balance and weight distribution would be a story for another day. Reload time is faster probably because there is visible sight or short term memory to reload, which also helps for situational awareness, which is especially true for submachine guns and any close quarter type weapon. Gotta love the grenade launcher, fires off a fragmentation grenade, whose fragments should be useful for a above than average crowd. RPG replacing the BFG fires off faster BFG projectile. Lacks high supply capacity. Mod have a modern take of reloads so be careful. Mod is not regular doom weapons mode, they aren't zoom weapons anyways.

This is a fine print. This is a disclaimer. In no way that this post has anything to do with advertising or promoting sales talk of Walther or any germanic firearms manucfacterer of a similar or same nature. Should there be an event or incident that indicates such marketing acts, it is considered an coincidence. If such acts did occur, it is highly likely that it is a isolated incident. I tried https://www.doomworld.com/idgames/theme ... d/r2wolfd2, Return to Castle Wolfenstein (doom2 ver), with my combos. The early maps require secret finding, just like Wolfenstein, but it's not 2D maze at the least. Later maps have specific breach requirements in order to survive. Still, it's fun trying to outlast the tidal wave of gunfire. It does suck to fail and die though, lol. Guess it's fair game considering that you be shooting them at bottlenecks and gate ambushes all the time. Afterwards, they may have easier slaughter and/or big battle moments. There might be tricky exit requirements, but the map should provide enough indication. If not, then it's usually around the start. I wasted my time trying to blaze through each map (15 minutes estimate, if I survive and exit) in one sitting. What a bitch! Me as well! Anyways, I must say that I like the funny baronofhell sound, "my poor father", getting all melodramatic-like. There's a hint of (germanic?) opera going on with Carl Orff, Richard Wagner, and shit like that. There are unique map sector functions that shows a swastika part elevator. There's even a large sniper bunker with semi-Star of David and swastika sector shape! Perfect analogy to hint about the suspicion between Lehi and Nazism, although direct attibution is not present. The last map's exit is anti-climatic, you press a corpse wall button and a library shelf lowers to reveal a room with green armor. You get the green armor and exit to canon map11.

It's not the best mapset, particularly for my combos, but there are good mapping and/or gameplay moments.

Did I mention Kriegsland_Weapons_Pack.zip? Is it a bit too sci-fi for you? Perhaps it is too rebellious in context? Rather be in historical fiction or whatevers? Well, now you can! Introducing the NaziWeaponsPack_rv-007_editv00.wad! It's a Zandronum compatible version of the original NaziWeaponsPack.pk3! Crap gets cut out! I keep a copy of the original for poserity reasons, but it still sucks to some extent. For instance, while historical accuracy is fair, its take on modern realism is based on dated times. Unfortunately for you, not all of its weapons can fit the bill for Doom armament replacement. Why? Plenty of reasons, including past economic ones too! Just read the history books, it happens. But seriously, not many weapons can compete with non-reloading weapons of Doom, that's why.

NOTE:
Note that this weapon combo is not the best monster fighting thrill as it is much more difficult to fire. You are stuck with weapons that barely surpass semi-auto armaments. However, if you like plenty of accuracy over power, including zoom features, this wad could be for you! Same may go for historical exploration. Just don't expect consistent fast kills. Also, I didn't add in compatibility between Nazis and Doom weapons just yet! Usually, I had to redefine all the freaking weapons just include compatibility between default and custom player classes. This wad isn't gameplay complete anyways. I didn't exactly omit the SuperShotgun, as you do select it after running out of other Doom weapon ammo. That way, your only ammo left is buckshot and you go banging for the win. Of course, the SuperShotgun is not selectable by default so you're stuck with it until you either run out of shells or drop the weapon. Either way, you should be gaining with the stuck SuperShotgun, but it's still droppable. I'll figure something out, something about weapon and ammo placement.

Playing the wolfenstein revisited was looking good, but it ultimately became a map02 of suck. First, fast ass spectres because of custom combo. Second, the pitfalls, but I get it. Like, holy fuck.

Then I tried nzi_auferstehung, which has crusher traps, which are bitches. Then, in later levels, the crusher traps are mandatory puzzles. I guess they can break the monotony, but it really depends.

So yeah, the nazi weapon mods are either nazi weapons or kriegsland. Well, there is the wolfenstein weapons and items mod (filename is "REMAKE_3DO_Version_Pack_with_HD_Sounds.zip", https://www.moddb.com/games/doom/downlo ... -and-items). It's basically a Wolfenstein3D weapon sprite edit of the original Doom weapons. Technically, the weapons in Wolfenstein3D would be considered Nazi weapons taken out of context so there you go. Of course, they still Doom weapons under the hood. If there are faithful Wolfenstein3D weapon designs, then it's the matter of conserving ammo as advanced guns eat them up fast. That said, I must said that it's plenty of bleh in that modding department. However, for the allies department, I actually have resource, that be the DeiMWolf total conversion project. There's plenty of bad dudes. Usually, I would make a monster version of the project, but considering that fact that variety will decrease after quality assurance, I must provide spawn probability to keep things fresh in perspective. Instead, I will make a ally project just because it would just be an eventuality (and of course, multiple angle sprite display). The servicable qualified material includes the infantry (somewhat accurate [14.2] Walther P38 with low ammo and moderate semi-automatic mode [infantry included due to the somewhat inaccurate nature of MP 40, note that the infantry is not intended to be bullet sponge, even though he probably be more useful as one]), SSness (lesser accurate [22.4] MP 40 with full larger ammo count and fast full-automatic mode), Hans (somewhat inaccurate [11.2] duel-wielded MG 34 [damage by 10(1,3)] with drum magazine and slow full-automatic mode, 2 bullets per fire; can self heal to emphasize powersuit protection, powersuit increases health rating value; drops SoulSphere and GreenArmor upon death), Hitler Decoy (aerial unit, may spray flame, shoot seeker missile, etc), Doctor Schabbs (throws some gas/poison/explosive projectile; can self heal and heal others by small amount within close radius [healing will not be consistent in order to emphasis offensive capabilities]), and of course, Mecha/Tank-Hitler and Hitler himself (drives a tractor/tank, misaligned inaccurate [44.5] duel-wielded chain guns with ammo belt and fast full-automatic mode, 12 pellets per fire [drops Shotgun/RocketLauncher/PlasmaRifle/BFG9000, BlueArmor, and a random quantity of random Nazi/DeiMWolf ally unit kit[s] upon death {will spawn/itemdrop Hitler before/on/after death explosion, Quarantine game reference?}]; on person, somewhat accurate [7.1] duel-wields STG 44 with box magazine and slow full-automatic mode, 2 bullets per fire. May have other abilities such as spawning a random Nazi/DeiMWolf ally unit kit upon pain and possibly dropping a Nazi eagle statue as InvulerabilitySphere kit and a random quantity of random Nazi/DeiMWolf ally unit kit[s] upon death)!

Note that I could make a more serious gameplay design to only include the SSness and Hitler (as person). It would be fucking more serious, but I have to also consider the accuracy of the MP 40 so that's why I included in more units for gameplay balance reasons. You probably wouldn't survive with inaccurate MP 40 units on your side against my monster combos.

Hitler doesn't have consistent death animation sprites. I guess the original sprite frames are pretty good, but it would be inconsistent for my concept. I am stuck with SSness and Doctor Schabbs as the most consistent and realistic unit roster. Of course, I will emphasize the title Wolfenstein than the real scenario, considering that this project is more like a joke mod.

Yes, I have been neglecting the vietcong (will probably have stealth elements with semi-transparent rendering on combat mode), latin guerillas (liberation/revolutionaries), gangsters in (cheap) suits (from Prime Target [mind you that they are a Marathon-based game clone so the sprite sets have limited angles, plus they be cheap mooks compared to most of my allies projects; I might as well go with revolvers, pistols, and assault/machine guns, them being gangster style and all {oh well}]), and cops (from The Mr. Killer) mod projects. I have yet to figure out the designs just yet. Then I might do Wolfenstein, which is more joke than serious (at least the saving grace is the grenadier class). Finally, I will resume the diablo monsters project. Speaking of custom weapon mods, I have yet to research the hud interface and probably Rossi weapons. Rossi is technically American.
