seriously it looks like you have it easy, it's an open book test. just memorize where key things are in the book by skimming through it a few times, it'll be simple to read questions on the test and be like "blah blah?" I know where that is in the book, lets find out the answer!.
other than that theres not much help I can give, got busy today with things to do so wasn;t able to help at all really.
