Expert advice! just that I needed!
So usually I only leave it out for 2 days, I wasnt sure if it was ok to do any longer than that. after that Id put it in the fridge for 2 weeks to a month (I would keep it closed the entire time) and then I would eat.
Instead I should open it up every day or two to taste, and then when its to my liking, I should put it in a cool place and just eat as I please? Or should i keep it in the fridge for a while before I eat it?
Go into as much detail as you want! what are my options??
