I've written it all, now to add it into the game, will take a while, for now I'm thinking of just making the text an image so I don;t have to program a painstaking 'text import from file and write to 3D text page' operation.
Much more complicated than it sounds!
I may yet use Parpol's Text Graphical Design if that's still OK with him? of course he'll get credit for the text's graphical design.
Now back to finishing writing out teh POWARS and STATS. then Finish programming the powers and stats and make sure battles return proper varying outcomes.
Then Make the Tutorial City Area... names anyone? it can be silly but not vulgar please. Newbton? Newbieton? Introductown?

Re: Aw.. shit. Not to be a downer, or picky, but that's more of a military thing, this will be more like a city section where you meet with superheroes and fight monstrous citizens who are mutated and mind controlled by unknown forces.

Re: Aw.. shit. I am now working on Super Power Names and values, I did some melee attacks and now am working on armor, yesterday i was stumped on how City of heroes did their defense and resistance numbers, today I figured out the scale they used!

so now I can make my own def and res powers, after that ranged attacks. then I'm done with all this number work for a while, then i need to fix the tutorial text and write these powers and their data into lists and copy them into .txt files to be read from.
Edit: Just did the same hassle with regeneration and effect magnitude. still need to make entries for accuracy, tohit and perception. everything else seems good As of now.
After that the drill is to either make Battle/power animations OR Actually finishing programming these stats into the game OR Make textures, finish buildings and make the tutorial area OR Finish the windows and add text spawn spots and such.

Find the theme by which cities are named and pick an "entry level" name and through -burgh, -ville, -opolis, -town, or whatever on the end.
For the sake of example: Dongville.
