I dunno what's the Non-Aligned Movement, but it's just a signed pact that is said to be neutral. I mean, it's like saying you took part in the Cold War (NATO vs Warsaw Pact), but then you say didn't. However, I would rather see the Third World as a separate entity. One that commonly recalls their colonial past. Now, some First and Second World countries are trying to say that they them too. Of course, there's always a transition going on, but it will take time. |
