basically, they made a deal and drew up a contract and now they are poking the peoples with da M0N13$ to pay up. Once that happens we should have CoH back and running with in say a half a year at most.

Proof of developer viability was submitted and accepted. The ball is in NCsoft's court while they assess the group's expertise and backing. No news is good news.
