I think after a bit of rl stuff, I will commence on the Arx Immanis ally items combo project. Since it has a medieval theme, I might include Excalibur: Morgana's Revenge's stuff as well (the installation method is a real bitch!). Mix and match, etc, you know.

Okay, so obviously, I decided to explore the old Marathon back in the dust bun. Wanted to see if they work on a Linux. Hey, the series went fully free faster than doom itself. Doom got what, that freedoom? I guess it's still fair game, but this is Marathon as free full game! Besides, I owe a lot of my (better) projects to the Marathon type game clones (e.g. Damage Incorporated and Blood of bin Laden) as well as notable mods (Marathon RED, Marathon Evil, Excalibur: Morgana's Revenge, Marathon Squadron, etc).
Well, it turns out, like Linux, old stuff still works! That means the old game files from old hosts still works. Yeah, there might be a newer Aleph One, but it still runs in the same design. The new game files are fucked up in the directory/file mistranslation. What the hell? Oh well, I guess I'll link and archive the files.
Note that these game files are for the Windows platform support. That means you must have the Wine support on your Linux platform.

I got the dominatrix player skin ready. It's available in the custom_marathon_skinsv04.wad. See on the opening post. Quite the gimmick, but that's all it is.
