In any case, if you really want to know why it sucks so much, I'll tell you from a guest point of view (and from a web designer's point of view).

1) Spelling and grammar. Who gives a crap if the posts don't have proper spelling/grammar - you can't control your users. BUT you can make sure that you yourself don't make such stupidly OBVIOUS mistakes on the main part of the board. It deters the literate people and makes the others want to laugh at you and your incompetency. "speical"? "spiecial"? "apocalpse"? "poast"? Granted, "apocalpse" could just be the way you wanted your username, but not everyone would know that. Its real spelling is "apocalypse". I'm not saying you need to know how to spell everything in the world, but for those you're not sure of, there is a thing called a DICTIONARY.

2) Vertical scrolling marquee. In general, marquees suck. Yet you have one scrolling at god knows what speed right in the middle of the page, rendering it impossible to read. When you scroll over and stop it, it tells the reader that they're wasting their time reading it. Why bother having it there then? Remove it. It's not hard to do.

3) Fucking ugly template. I don't care if it's pre-made (I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt and assuming it is), have some sense. The text is breaking out of the 'image borders' around the forum boards, some of the text can be hard to read (black on dark brown? wtf?), the few colors that are there are blinding. I don't even bother reading most of it.

There are more, but I'm too lazy/busy to point out the rest. Overall, your site doesn't leave a good impression for a guest and pretty much drives away a lot of people at the get go.

Well there you go. Now you know why it sucks and why no one will like it.

And so? There are many sites on the web that have the same name as another one. It doesn't necessarily make it right or whatever, but when you're just using one-word titles, it's hard NOT to come across another site with the same name. Removing the y doesn't really make you creative.
